i was contacted prior to arrival via whatsapp to confirm details, a detail that really set the tone for my stay. the staff was very helpful from my arrival until i left, they showed genuine care. the room was impeccably clean and quite large, it also featured a fantastic view of the city. i found the breakfast had plenty of delicious choices.

the room was quiet, simple, and clean. the bathroom was very nice. the apartment provided all the equipment needed, contributing to an really good stay. the room offered parking views as well as city views.

The service was really good. I received a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival. the staff allowed us to leave the car before check-in, convenient and stress free. their help extended to offering advice and directions.

I found the location provided really good views overlooking the city. Free parking was a real advantage. It was easy to reach the city center using the bus right outside the hotel. I could also reach the funicular railway just up the road.

I had some difficulty finding restaurants nearby. I had to drive to find alternatives. The hill might be a challenge if you want to walk.

My room was quite small and felt a bit dated! The furniture looked old. The soundproofing was not great, difficult to rest peacefully. I could hear a lot of noise from outside and other rooms. It really impacted my sleep.
